Our Role
We coordinate electric gate installation requests in Boulder County and The Northwest Corridor. Work is completed by independent local Electric Gate Installations. We review your request and arrange for a suitable Electric Gate Installation to contact you with a quote and availability.
We do not employ installers. We do not perform installations ourselves. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or pricing.
Your Responsibilities
You provide accurate information about your property, driveway conditions, and access requirements. You communicate directly with the installer we arrange for quotes, scheduling, and project details.
You are responsible for verifying the installer's credentials, insurance, and suitability for your project. You enter into a separate agreement with the installer for the work.
Service Scope
We facilitate introductions between property owners and independent Electric Gate Installations. We do not supervise installations. We do not handle payments between you and the installer.
We follow up to confirm the gate operates as expected. This follow-up does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the installer's work.
Referral Fees
We may receive a referral fee from installers we connect you with. This fee does not increase your project cost. It compensates us for coordinating the introduction and maintaining our service.
Liability Limits
We are not liable for installer performance, project delays, cost overruns, or workmanship issues. Your agreement is with the installer, not with us.
We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, or consequential losses arising from installations. The installer carries their own insurance and assumes responsibility for their work.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the bottom of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Disputes will be resolved in Boulder County courts.
